Rent an LED Wall in NRW / Ruhr Area

North Rhine-Westphalia is Germany's most populous state and BeatsWall's home region: our company headquarters is in Hamm, on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Prices, the full-service flow and contact details are bundled on the overview page; here we focus on what's specific to NRW.

The Ruhr area's industrial heritage lives on in its event venues. Many former mine and factory halls now host trade fairs, corporate parties and concerts, for example in Dortmund or Essen. The dense cluster of cities between Duisburg, Bochum and Dortmund also means short distances between association festivals, city anniversaries and corporate events. Public interest in football runs high in the region, making public-viewing areas for international tournaments a plausible use case for outdoor installations.

For trade-fair booths and indoor reception areas, our LED screen poster is a good fit. It's built for dry indoor spaces and can be combined into a larger surface. For open-air stages at city festivals or public viewing, the weatherproof outdoor LED wall (IP65) is the right choice; for exhibition halls and showrooms, the indoor variant. In the Ruhr area's club and bar scene, our LED DJ desks serve as a mobile brand surface for DJ booths and reception counters.

Münster, Bielefeld and the Sauerland are also within reach of our base. Delivery and setup are included throughout NRW, operation/support is bookable on request. Details on the full-service flow are on the regional overview and the rent page.

The Bergisches Land and the Lower Rhine area are also within our delivery area. Rhine river cruises, autumn and Christmas markets, and regional business forums round out the picture of event-rich occasions between Aachen and Siegen. As nationwide, delivery and setup are included; the rental price depends on product, size and rental duration.

For smaller association events or retail stores in NRW, a single LED screen poster at the entrance is often enough; larger corporate events in the region's many exhibition halls tend to benefit more from a complete set from 3 × 2 m. A no-obligation consultation on the right size and equipment is worthwhile even for smaller budgets.
